o# In case of purchase of products from the shop, you must check and buy in front of the salesperson at the shop. Later problems will be covered under the warranty if the product has a warranty.

# In case of online order, product manufacturing defect should be reported to our hotline within 24 hours after receiving product delivery. However, the product must not be scratched and the product box must be intact otherwise it is not exchangeable.

# After receiving the product of the online order from the delivery man, if the box looks like it is not the product you ordered, then if you open the box and use the product and destroy the box, the product will not be exchangeable later.

# Defective products are exchangeable from our shop. In this case, our experts will observe the defect in the product and take steps to change it.

# If after taking a product you feel that you do not need it now, the product will not be returned or changed.

# In terms of product warranty, the product will not be warranty due to damage, burn, or damage.

# If the buyer wishes to exchange or exchange the defective product through the delivery man, an exchange charge of Rs.200/- will be applicable. # Refund charges are applicable for all types of mobile financial services / online gateway / POS payments.

# In case of courier, the buyer must not accept the product from the courier if the product is broken or the packet is torn. If the product is damaged in courier, the buyer will accept it at his own responsibility and no complaint will be accepted later in this regard.
